MMC Committees
- Membership Committee
This committee is responsible for securing new members and maintaining existing member. They will establish membership plans, goals and objectives and membership roster and hosting a membership drive.
- Education Committee
This committee is responsible for planning the educational agenda for the meetings and seminars throughout the year to include managers' luncheons and maintenance seminars. They will also be responsible for the RAM school, CLP School, HVAC and EPA Certification Program.
- Government Affairs Committee
Through the Home Builders Association, the MMC offers its members lobbyists that are there to help keep legislators informed on multifamily issues, and provide the members with information on legislative activity. This committee works with our lobbyists to help monitor legislation as it pertains to the multifamily industry and for formulating a plan of action should the need arise.
- Programs & Events Committee
This committee is responsible for all aspects of planning and preparing of all social events and/or shows. Tasks may include contacting facilities, decorating, taking up tickets, encouraging members to attend and other various tasks. If you are a party planner, this is the committee for you.
- Telephone Committee
This committee is the support for the Program and Events Committee. The telephone committee contacts all members prior to any meetings or events to get reservations.
- Tradeshow Committee
Each year the MMC holds a tradeshow to showcase the products and services offered by our many associate members. The committee will be in charge of planning all aspects of the tradeshow and executing their ideas.
